Each box combines Hokkien wheat noodles with a savoury Chow Mein sauce made with mushroom, water chestnuts, shallot, soy sauce, sesame, garlic, ginger and white pepper.

Directions: Empty the noodles into the noodle box. Pour the sauce over the noodles. Reseal the noodle box and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Mix thoroughly and serve.

Do not reheat.
