Ingredients: Water, Soy Sauce (Wheat), Sugar, Bonito Extract, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt, Spirits, Kelp Extract, Sugar Syrup, Apricot Extract, Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627), Onion Extract.

Preparation:
prepare soba noodles separately by boiling them, then rinsing with cold water. Dilute the soup base with water to create a dipping sauce or a hot soup, or use it undiluted for a richer flavor. A good starting point is mixing a few drops into water to make a dipping sauce. 
For cold soba (dipping sauce)
Cook the soba noodles according to package directions.
Drain the noodles and rinse them thoroughly under cold water.
Serve the noodles with a small bowl of the Sempio Soba soup base for dipping. You can dilute the base with a little cold water if you prefer a milder flavor. 
For hot soba (soup)
Cook the soba noodles according to package directions.
Heat the desired amount of Sempio Soba soup base. You can use it undiluted for a strong flavor or dilute it with hot water for a milder broth.
Drain the noodles and add them to the hot soup base in a bowl.
Add your favorite garnishes and enjoy.
