How to make it:
- Cook Korean rice cakes according to package instructions and keep to the side.
- In a pan over medium heat, combine Sempio Tteokbokki Sauce and onion and stir-fry for 3 mins.
- Add cooked rice cakes and stir fry for another minute. Add a splash of water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Top with a boiled egg (halved) then sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped chives to serve.
