Ingredient: Maltodextrin 36.7%, Vegetarian Seasoning (Sugar, Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Silicon Dioxide) 15%, Star Anise 5%, Cinnamon 5%, Citric Exocarpium, Shallot, Garlic, Salt, Yeast Extract and Monosodium Glutamate (E621). cooking idea: 1. Set a package of Bak Kut Teh ingredients. 2. 1.5 kg of ribs or meat (cut into pieces). 3. 3 large garlic cloves. 4. 2000 ml of clean water. 5. 2 spoons of soy sauce. 6. 2 spoons of oyster sauce. cooking method: 1. Boil 2000 ml of water. 2. Add 1 packet of Bak Kut Teh ingredients, garlic, pork ribs, meat, soy sauce, and oyster sauce into boiling water. 3. Wait for the water to boil, then turn to medium heat and cook for one hour. Pick up the spice bag and eat it while it is hot. *You can also add pepper, fried yuba, mushrooms and other favorite foods.
