Recipe: Roast Duck (For 1 Duck)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Rinse one duck of medium size and pat dry

2. Sprinkle contents of this packet over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let set for 1 hour

3. Place duck in oven at 375 Degree F or 190 Degree C for 30 minutes. Turn duck over and roast until duck skin is crispy

Suggested Options: Birds, turkey and chicken

Store in a cool dry place.

Sugar, Salt, Spices (Garlic, Shallots, Lemongrass, Coriander, Star Anise, Galangal, Fennel, Clove, Cinnamon), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Colour (Caramel) (E150c), Flavouring.
